PR777 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

01 Introduction

Welcome to PR777. These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you, the player, and PR777 (referred to throughout this document as "PR777", "the platform", "we" or "us"). The platform is accessible at pr777.onl and through the official PR777 mobile application available for Android and iOS.

By registering an account, making a deposit or placing a bet on PR777, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand what they require of you and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register or continue using the platform.

These Terms apply to all aspects of the PR777 service including the games lobby, sports betting section, promotions and cashier. Where a specific promotion or game category has additional rules, those rules are published separately and should be read alongside these Terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion or game rules take precedence for that specific activity.

02 Eligibility

To register and use PR777 you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PR777 is strictly an adult platform and under-18s are not permitted to register, deposit or play under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform on your own behalf and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be using the platform in a professional capacity to generate commercial income on behalf of a third party.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period on this or any other gaming platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

PR777 may ask for identity and age verification documents at registration or at any point during your use of the platform. Accounts where verification cannot be completed will have withdrawal access suspended until the process is finished. PR777 does not pay winnings to unverified accounts.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the PR777 platform. Creating more than one account, whether under the same name, a different name or through a third party, is strictly prohibited.

When registering you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact number and a working email address. This information must reflect your actual identity. Using a false name, borrowed identity or another person's payment details is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials – username and password – confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. PR777 will never ask you for your password in any communication. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately via live chat so the account can be secured.

• Account currency is PKR. You cannot change the account currency after registration.
• Contact details must be kept up to date. If your phone number or email address changes, update your account immediately.
• PR777 is not liable for losses resulting from a player sharing their login credentials with another person.
• Inactive accounts – those with no login activity for 12 consecutive months – may be subject to an inactivity fee or administrative closure. You will be notified by email before any action is taken.

04 Deposits and Payments

PR777 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and standard bank transfer. No international card or foreign currency deposits are processed. All amounts shown in the lobby, cashier, bonus balance and transaction history are denominated in PKR.

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed instantly and credited to your playing balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Raast and bank transfers arrive within minutes during normal banking hours. Delays outside of banking hours are not within PR777's control.

There is a minimum deposit amount of PKR 100 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by PR777, though your chosen payment channel may have its own transaction limits. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact support with the transaction reference number and the team will investigate promptly.

• All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• PR777 does not charge a fee for deposits. Some payment providers may apply their own small transaction charges.
• Deposited funds are held in your PR777 account balance and are available for wagering immediately once confirmed.
• PR777 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership as part of its verification process.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by the PR777 finance team. Most JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are completed within 30 minutes of the request being approved. Raast and bank transfers are typically processed within a few hours during standard banking hours. PR777 does not charge a withdrawal fee on any channel.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have passed identity verification. This means providing a copy of a valid government-issued ID and, where requested, a selfie with the document. Withdrawals will not be released to unverified accounts regardless of the balance held.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500 per request.
• Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible.
• If a bonus is active on your account, the associated wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus-related balance can be withdrawn. Your real-money balance remains withdrawable at any time.
• PR777 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing large withdrawal amounts. These checks are standard practice and do not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.
• Withdrawal requests can be cancelled by the player while they are in a pending state. Once processing has begun the request cannot be reversed.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

PR777 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to Pakistan players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and special promotions tied to major cricket events and PSL fixtures. Each promotion has its own set of terms which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read before the offer is activated.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses on PR777 unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds or bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each bonus is clearly stated on the promotion page.
• Eligible games for meeting wagering requirements are listed per promotion. Wagering on excluded games while a bonus is active does not count toward the requirement and may void the bonus.
• Minimum qualifying deposit amounts apply to deposit-match bonuses. Deposits below the stated minimum will not trigger the bonus.
• Expiry periods apply to all bonuses. Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated period. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic bonus exploitation, including through pattern betting designed to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements, is considered abuse and may result in the bonus being voided.
• PR777 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel a promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after players have already opted in, PR777 will honour any qualifying stakes already placed at the time of cancellation.

07 Gameplay Rules

PR777 hosts a wide range of games including video slots, classic slots, fish arcade games, bingo, live casino tables and sports betting markets covering international cricket, PSL, T20 leagues, football and esports. Each game category has its own specific rules which are accessible within the game itself or in the game information section of the lobby.

General gameplay rules that apply across all categories:

• All slot and table game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator. Results are independent of previous rounds and are not influenced by account status, bet size or session length.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed using the standard game logic and the result recorded. PR777 is not liable for losses caused by the player's internet connection or device failure.
• Sports betting odds are set by PR777's odds providers and are subject to change up until the bet is accepted. Live in-play odds change in real time and accepted odds are locked at the moment the bet is confirmed.
• Bets placed on cancelled or abandoned sporting events will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per market. These are displayed within each game and betting market.
• PR777 reserves the right to void any bet where a clear technical error has resulted in an incorrect price or outcome being offered.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PR777. Any player found to be engaged in prohibited activity will have their account suspended and the matter reviewed. Depending on the severity of the breach, this may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance.

• Creating more than one account on the platform, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party tools to interact with the platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through a software error are not considered valid and will not be paid out.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino or any competitive game format to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name or processing payments on behalf of another player.
• Attempting to launder money or use the PR777 platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes without first attempting to resolve the matter with PR777 support. Unjustified chargebacks will result in account suspension and the disputed amount being treated as a debt owed to PR777.
• Abusing the bonus system through matched betting, low-risk wagering patterns or coordinated multi-account bonus collection.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

PR777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common reasons for account action include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, detection of prohibited activity, or a player's own request for self-exclusion.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the balance held in that account will be frozen until the review is complete. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, access will be restored and the balance released. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature of the activity.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact support via live chat. Accounts can be closed temporarily (cooling-off period) or permanently (self-exclusion). Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened. Requests for account closure are actioned the same day they are received.

10 Privacy and Data

PR777 collects personal information from players as part of the registration and verification process. This includes name, date of birth, contact details and payment information. This data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing and, where you have given consent, marketing communications.

11 Responsible Gaming

• Cool-off periods: Take a temporary break of 24 hours, 48 hours or one week.

12 Limitation of Liability

PR777 provides its services on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to maintain continuous platform availability, PR777 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance periods or factors outside of its control including internet service outages, device failures or third-party payment provider delays.

PR777 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform. PR777's total liability to any player in connection with a single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.

Nothing in these Terms limits PR777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Changes to These Terms

PR777 may update, revise or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised and, where the changes are material, players will be notified by email or via an on-screen notice the next time they log in.

Your continued use of the PR777 platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the verification and withdrawal rules in Section 5.
